Important exercise to do every day -
Yoga, pranayama, and meditation are absolutely
necessary every day. It builds the body-health, mind-mood as well as the
ability to deal with any situation and prevent disease. Voluntarily managed
muscles are developed and strengthened by exercise. By breathing again, the
more oxygen we can take in the lungs, the more our vitality will increase. And
as the life force increases, the restless mind will calm down and the body's
resistance will continue to increase. Meditation is needed for the development
and expression of the one who is mysterious inside. Meditation is to hold the
soul tight. Meditation is your only action. Everything else is just external
action. As long as you meditate, you are alive, you are awake. There is no
substitute for meditation to maintain youth. The body's metabolism can be
controlled through meditation.
