After

month. Take a teaspoon of black cumin powder and a glass of sour curd. Mix the
two well and consume it at night before going to bed. According to medical
scientists, this mixture helps to increase the body's metabolism, which results
in less fat and a faster reduction in body weight. After testing the effect of
this mixture on 44 obese people, it was found that consuming curd and cumin
mixture daily resulted in faster weight loss.
