Relation between pulse rate and breathing -
Increased
body temperature is considered a symptom of fever. It also involves the pulse
rate. Our normal body temperature is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, pulse is 72 times
and breathing is 18 times. Its ratio is 4: 1. That means the pulse will be 4
times for every 1 breath. The normal pulse for healthy persons ranges from 60 to
100 beats per minute. The pulse rate may decrease and increase with exercise, illness,
injury, and emotions.
